Thomas Ginter is Professor of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Design. After gaining his doctorate at the FU Berlin, Professor Ginter was initially marketing director at KUKA, a leading global manufacturer of industrial robots. In April 2001, Thomas Ginter received his first call to the FH Rosenheim and accompanied there until his transfer to the HS Albstadt-Sigmaringen in 2004, the function of Dean of Studies. After another change of university, he teaches since 2011 at the HfWU Nürtingen-Geislingen University. Since 2016, he has been the dean of studies for a new Master in Organizational Design. In addition to his professorship, Thomas Ginter has also been a corporate consultant and organizational developer since 2001. As a founding partner and chief scientist of the Institute for Value-Centered Management (IWM), Professor Ginter supports companies in strategy and transformation projects. The focus here is on mechanical engineering and plant construction, as well as the trade fair and association industry.
