Mariya Konstantinova is a Finance investment professional with 10+ years of experience in corporate finance and Mergers&Acquisitions. At AGRANA, a $2.4B revenue-generating food processing company, supplying companies like Danone, Mondelez, Unilever, Nestle, Starbucks, McDonald’s, KFC she is currently a Finance Manager for China and Japan and she was Director of Innovation, responsible for collaborating with startups from the corporate angle. She has led investment projects in Algeria, Russia, China and Japan creating industrial food products for downstream industries.
Mariya was based in Shanghai as a CFO of Superhuman Ventures (now she is in Europe due to COVID-19) – an innovation incubator focused on developing loved consumer brands, innovative food and beverage products, and food technology. With Superhuman she is engaged in topics like financial modelling, due diligence, fundraising, etc.
The last endeavour of Mariya is launching a Chapter of Founder Institute in Vienna – the world largest pre-seed startup accelerator, based in Silicon Valley and with chapters across 75 countries. FI offers a part-time program for new and early-stage entrepreneurs that helps them develop their business ideas and form a company.
