I was 19 when we founded Bärnstein – that time I already had some entrepreneurial experiences through my parents business. Besides my company life I started to study export management, which is a perfect match in terms of acquiring professional management skills and entrepreneurial knowledge. Brand and Innovation, as I have experienced, are perhaps the two most important factors for a company nowadays, thus, my endeavours to gain more specific knowledge in these areas are quite substantial.
