Marco is Partner and Head of Cost Management within the international consulting company P3. He is leading technical M&A projects and drives the transformation to a more digital cost management. A wide understanding of the automotive business, current trends and the new technologies - on and off-board of the cars - allows him to generate new strategies and approaches to generate and evaluate new business opportunities for automotive OEMs. He also streamlines current product portfolios and business operations with new ideas and latest cost management technologies.
